Getting help with your Connection

Wakenet volunteers check the Wakenet phone line for messages in the morning and the afternoon, seven days a week. If you have a network issue, please do the following:
  1. Call 819.459.1506 and listen to the greeting.
  2. If the greeting states there are no network issues, please leave a message with the following information:

    Someone will get back to you either by phone or by e-mail (usually a group announcement).

    Feel free to call the number as often as you'd like to listen for any network updates via the greeting. Please don't leave more than one message though.

  3. If the greeting states there is a network issue, please do not leave a message. Once connectivity is re-established, we'll change the greeting and send an e-mail message to everyone.

    Feel free to periodically check the greeting for updates.

    If the greeting states the network is fine and you still have connectivity issues, please see the previous step.
